I'm just delving into the thought of digital scrapbooking which led me to the PrestoPhoto site, which led me to your book. I thought it looked interesting, so I decided to peak into the contents. Much to my surprise, you took a picture of a shoe in Niceville, outside of Eglin. I graduated from Niceville in '81, while my father was stationed at Eglin. It was the best three years of high school and memories that anyone could imagine. No one can conceive how white and clean the beaches are, until they see for themselves.

I lived in the Fort Worth, Texas area for 25 years (ugh), but now live in the beautiful Ozark Mountains in Norfork, AR. I'm sure there are lots of single-shoes here! You should check it out sometime. You won't be disappointed. Thank you for sharing your great photo's and wonderful stories!
