We offer more product options than most printing companies and offer numerous ways to get your photobook book to us. I can understand how that can be confusing for some people. We are certainly available to help clear up any confusion. Our Live Chat is available 9AM to 5PM Eastern time and we have not been experiencing any issues with our chat service. We respond to emails daily to support@prestophoto.com Monday through Friday and typically take less than 24 hours to respond to all emails.

Additionally, we do have a phone number listed on our Contact Page (919) 827-1932, though we do not typically offer phone support. If you leave us a message, we will respond via email.

I agree with "sucks, do not use..." poster. I decided to try this company since I print a lot online for my clients. Confusing website, no email or phone responses. Finally gave up.
