searching within bookstore not working?

I have added 4 keyword tags to have my client's book findable. It seems that sometimes they work, and sometimes they don't. The tags seem to have disappeared and when trying the "advanced search", none of the keywords are findable nor is a word I have in the product description. How can her book be bought if no one can find it?! She's considering going to a different self-pub company now. Please help!!!(:exclaim:)
