Try using a template with a border around it, that will define your margins. I will link a few suggestions below:
http://www.prestophoto.com/designer/template/1070
http://www.prestophoto.com/designer/template/1055
http://www.prestophoto.com/designer/template/997
Here is also a webcast that may be helpful for you!

Posted:09 Aug 2011 (04:38 UTC)I'm using one of your templates. And it still means I'll lose parts of my pictures? I have no clue how to add margins to the copies of the pages that I have. Any hints?

Greetings from PrestoPhoto, thank you for your question!
I would suggest that you choose a template that will help you place each of your photos more easily. You can view our templates here: http://www.prestophoto.com/designer/list_templates.php They are easily selectable within our Book Designer. I also noticed that you have some low DPI warnings, and that your pictures, as are, will fall past the trim lines. Using a template would likely assist you with those problems as well.
My second suggestion would be to edit each picture to create files that will allow for more space on the sides.
For any further questions please feel free to contact us support@prestophoto.com

Posted:06 Aug 2011 (17:42 UTC)I don't know how to ask my question. I'm making a book out of the scrapbook I made of my mother's life. I've copied the pictures, and all is well when I use the 8 1/2 x 11 format. As much as I'd love to order copies of the book for all my relatives, that's too expensive, so I'm making a "condensed" book, putting two images on each page. Unfortunately, the sides of each picture get trimmed off, which is a problem. Is there a way I can put two images on each page, without losing the sides of my images?
