Greetings from PrestoPhoto!
Certainly! You would do this at the Cover Step, Step 2.
If you look below the picture of your cover you will see the words "Spine Text" with a color box beside it. Below that you will see the words "Spine Text" again with the word "None" beside it. You will need to click on the word "None"
An area will appear that you can enter in your text as well as select the font, etc. You can adjust the color above.
When you are done simply look at the bottom of the page and click the "update cover" button. You can then look at the picture of the book again and you'll see your changes!
