You can either create the file as a whole, including your front and back covers. Or you can create them as separate files. It is your choice. You will just need to make sure that you specify correctly at the PDF upload step in order for our system to process the upload correctly!

Hi,

I am getting ready to order a book and I have 2 questions. Your website has 2 different instructions.

1) On the PDF book maker, it says that you need 2 files, one for the covers and one for the inside pages. But farther down, you have a choice of uploading a separate file or using the first page of the pdf as the cover. Am I supposed to make 2 files?

2) One place it says if you use InDesign to export the pdf with Acrobat 8. On the requirements for the PDF book maker, it says Acrobat 5 is recommended. Which version do you need?
