loose pages question

Is there a mandatory minimum number of pages I have to get in order to have loose pages printed? I would like to print just one page (double-sided) to fix an error in another project that I printed, but when I try to set that up, it automatically puts it in a 8.5x8.5 soft bound book format (I just want 12x12 loose pages).
