The projects are all automatically set to private as are the Previews unless you make them publicly viewable.
You would make them Publicly Viewable at Step 3. You can also review it there to ensure that they are not Publicly Viewable. You will see the option on the right of the screen, listed under "Availability".

I don't want anyone to see, order or steal my books I upload and order, is that possible?
