problem uploading my pdf

i have been having problem uploading my PDF file. when i try to directly upload, the page tend to just hang and do not proceed. I then managed to upload the file into my dropbox account, and when i chose the file to upload from your website, it proceed to a blank page and i don't see anything else. Can you please advice what i can do right now.
