When you do this the system is converting your project to a print ready PDF. This may take some time depending on the size of the project. The time of this is also determined by the type of internet connection you have.
If you want us to take a look at your project specifically then we can certainly do that for you. Just email your project ID number with the concern to support@prestophoto.com

viovio won't let me go from "layout pages" to "design cover"

When I click on "design cover" after having finished laying-out my photobook, a window appears that says: "collating pages, checking status". This windows stays for ever. Nothing happens! I've left PrestoPhoto alone for more then 30 minutes and when I return the "collating pages" window is still there. It doesn't seems to be doing anything: there are no bars indicating progress..there's nothing.
How do I fix this so that I can complete my photobook and purchase it?
