I am planning on printing 2x 7x9 photobook with image wrap hard cover, 20 pages. On the website it shows the final pdf upload size needs to be 7.25 x 9.25 with bleeds. Is this for inside pages only? or do these dimensions include the cover? Thank you for any help provided.
