I have gone a head and clicked through the steps for you and it appears to be working correctly.
When you click from Step 1 to 2 and the system says it's "collating the pages" it is taking all your pages and saving them in a press ready version of the file. The time it takes to accomplish this depends on the size of the project as well as the speed of your internet connection. If you are having problems it might also be in relation to the browser you're using. We suggest using Google Chrome (https://www.google.com/chrome/) or Firefox (http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/) for best results!

Screen keeps freezing when I click on "design cover"

I have all of my pictures set up in the album but everytime I go to the next stage and click on "design cover", it just says "collating pages" but freezes and doesn't move forward. I even left it over night thinking it may take awhile, but to no avail. :( Any suggestions? I would hate to lose the whole album I just created.
