I took a look at your account and it appears to working correctly. It sounds like it could be a browser concern to me. I'd suggest deleting your cookies and emptying your cache!

We suggest using Firefox or Google Chrome, and frequently deleting your cookies and emptying your cache for best results.

If this doesn't correct the problem then please email us the project ID number to support@prestophoto.com and we'll take a closer look!

Thank you so much for fixing the "arrange page" button. But now my template are not loading. I press the button and a window opens, but when I click on an individual template, the individual pages designs won't upload and I can't drag and drop on the page I wanted to add it to. It use to work great before... Please help.
