If you could please email support@prestophoto.com with the project ID number and a brief description of the concern and we'll take a closer look for you!
You can locate the project ID number by clicking the "My Projects" tab. Then it will be listed there underneath the title of the project.

trouble with pics
Posted:21 Jul 2012 (19:56 UTC)I have uploaded several pictures. They have all gone into the book layout just fine. But I have 3 that are not going in correctly. I look at them in the gallery and I see all of the picture, but when I drop it into the book design part it is cropping off the top and bottom of the picture. I have left enough extra on the picture for the crop, but it is cropping it off before it even puts it in the book. What am I doing wrong?
