Greetings!

I would start off making sure that it's not a browser concern. We suggest using the most updated version of either Firefox ( http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ ) or Google Chrome ( https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/ ) as your browser. Then make sure that your cookies have been deleted and your cache is empty before trying the upload again.

If you find that you are still having problems then please send an email that briefly describes what's going on, and includes the email address that you used to set up the account, to support@prestophoto.com. We'll take a closer look!

Upload problems

I keep having issues uploading files :( It takes 30 minutes to upload then it says internal error frown is there someone I can talk to or a support number.
