Printing issues with photobook

Most likely this is because the project size is not large enough to support the larger product options. The size product options that are made available to you at check out are determined by the size of the file that was uploaded. We are able to proportion projects by ratio down in size, however we cannot proportion them up in size without loss of quality.

If you want we can confirm that size is the cause we can definitely give the project a look. Simply email the projects ID number to support@prestophoto.com and we will see what's going on!

Hi,

I've uploaded pdf files at prestophoto.com for printing a photobook. I want to get it printed as a 12 x 12 book, as advertised in your website. However, I'm getting no such options when I tried to put an order. The available options are noted below, which I don't want:

7"x5" Perfect Bound Softcover, Express Photo Silk Paper, Mini Book 2-Pack
5.25"x3.5" Perfect Bound Softcover, Express Photo Silk Paper, Mini Book 3-Pack
3.75"x2.5" Perfect Bound Softcover, Express Photo Silk Paper, Mini Book 4-Pack

Can you please help me out ? Either softcover or hardcover is fine for me.

Also, why the back-cover is not being shown in the preview?
