Embedding fonts

Greetings from PrestoPhoto!
If the fonts are not being picked up properly by the system then it will not complete the upload process, and instead let you know that the fonts are not embedded properly.
The only thing that we've seen that has slipped past is the occasional file created with a Word or Powerpoint. These can be corrected by simply generating the PDF with Acrobat and then uploading the file.
If you have any further questions please let us know!

Embedding fonts
Posted:03 Jan 2013 (19:45 UTC)Hi,
I read that you need to embed the fonts on a pdf upload. Will the preview accurately show if the fonts are coming through correctly or not?
Thanks,
Keith
