1. When I click on the link at:
http://www.prestophoto.com/help/14x11+Portfolio+Book
to create an 11x14 book, I get this link, with pull-down options which begins with "Photo Book>> Landscape>> 4x3 (US Letter) and does not show 11x14 in the pull-down list

2. If my images are (all) sized to 11x14, will PrestoPhoto do any cropping for this book or will I get full-bleed automatically with full image?
