Posted:13 Sep 2013 (12:52 UTC)Hi Robert!
I e-mailed you again but am not sure if you received it so I will do my best to answer your questions here!
You will need to upload a PDF to get started. If it will not upload with the simple uploader, FTP is a good option, and so is Dropbox. I can walk you through how to do it via Live Chat - simply click the "Online" button at the top of every PrestoPhoto screen, next to "Help."
If you are uploading your pages as separate JPEGs, you will want to use the book designer rather than the PDF uploader.
To upload a PDF: http://www.prestophoto.com/products/pdf/
To upload JPEGS: http://www.prestophoto.com/designer/
We have a dust jacket option for the 8.5x11 landscape book, but not the other sizes. Our Imagewrap hardcover books have a printed cover that is fixed to the cover board and folds over the edges. This is what you see with most coffee table books. Here is a link to what it looks like in 8.5x11, though we have it available for most other sizes: http://www.prestophoto.com/help/11x8.5+Photo+Books
I hope this helps shed some light! I will be happy to answer any other questions you may have. ()
Warm regards,
Meghan
