Live chat hours

I noticed a lot of people complained about the unavailability of the live chat and I imagined they did not read carefully the fact that it is Eastern time. But now it's noon on the East Coast and I can't get through. It might be useful to extend the hours or shift them in such a way as to be more friendly towards those of us who are in CA. For instance at least a 10-6 EST would be more accommodating of other time zones.
I have been trying for two days to get past this message:
Generating imagewrap cover...
I uploaded my InDesign generated PDF file according to the instructions (front cover page 1, back cover page 2, blank page 3, page 4 start spreads. Plus I set all the parameters (no title, no logo, etc.) yet there's no progress nor any error message. Just stuck.
