Typically, if your Cover Preview is stuck on "generating cover preview", this means your PDF upload was unsuccessful. We suggest attempting to re-upload the PDF, ensuring you have carefully read/scrolled through the entire Step 1 of the Upload process.

I am attempting to place an order but I am stuck at the 2nd step where you are generating cover. I get the continuous spinning wheel! How can I easily place my order?
