Merging two PDFs

I found under book settings in IPhoto where I can have the page numbers removed from the book, which will assist with the issue I was inquiring about.

I want to add more pages to my IPhoto PDF file (i.e. more than 100 pages), but the page numbers are going to be all wrong when adding pages. Do you correct those when printing or how do I correct the issue?
