Operations Update

Status of PrestoPhoto Operations

Current Operations Status

Here at PrestoPhoto, we're keeping updated on all things COVID-19 and how we can continue to support our staff, customers and our community. If our operations status changes, you'll be the first to know. Keep an eye on this page for updates.

Currently, our operations are functioning as outlined below:

  • WEBSITE: OPERATING AS USUAL
  • SUPPORT: OPERATING AS USUAL
  • PRODUCTION: CURRENTLY 100% - POTENTIAL MINOR DELAYS

Currently all print facilities are operational and adhering to guidelines from the Center for Disease Control (CDC). This includes working with reduced staffing, ensuring all individuals are at least 6 feet apart at all times, as well as increasing the frequency of cleaning. Due to these adjustments at our print floors, some orders could experience slight delays. We are doing our best to keep everyone up to date and informed of any delays.

  • SHIPPING: DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS CURRENTLY 100% - INT'L SHIPMENTS EXPERIENCING MINOR DELAYS

Compliance with CDC Guidelines for COVID-19 has resulted in some potential minor delays with USPS, FedEx and Canada Post. Delivery Restrictions based on governmental order could also affect delivery. For more information on if your delivery is delayed, please utilize the tracking information and the shipping carriers website, as they will have the most accurate and updated information for you.

Some low priority International shipments are experiencing longer than normal transit times. Customers can review any potential service delays or restrictions via the FedEx Service Update and the USPS Service Alerts web pages.
