Status of PrestoPhoto Operations
Here at PrestoPhoto, we're keeping updated on all things Holiday/COVID-19 and how we can continue to support our staff, customers and our community. If our operations status changes, you'll be the first to know. Keep an eye on this page for updates.
Currently, our operations are functioning as outlined below:

- SHIPPING: CERTAIN SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS IN EFFECT
Certain shipping carriers and delivery locations may see some shipping cost increases due to the Holiday Season.
USPS can no longer accept or deliver international mail to several countries due to COVID-19 service impacts. FedEx options are still available to these locations with no known concerns at this time.
An unexpected high volume of packages through the FedEx, USPS and Canada Post systems are resulting in delays for many shipments. Updates for each shipping carrier can be found directly on their websites below:
- USPS: "New for the Holidays: Prices, Shipping Rates and Dates"
- FedEx: "Record-breaking e-commerce orders, COVID-19 closures and weather events may cause package delays."
- Canada Post: "Updated information on mail delivery interruptions"
Compliance with CDC Guidelines for COVID-19 has resulted in some potential minor delays with USPS, FedEx and Canada Post. Delivery Restrictions based on governmental order could also affect delivery. For more information on if your delivery is delayed, please utilize the tracking information and the shipping carriers website, as they will have the most accurate and updated information for you.
