Thanks to all of you for your wonderful comments.
How I did this was with a flashlight, tripod and cable remote.
Put the flower against a black background, held a flashlight behind it. It was a long exposure because the only light source was rainy day light from the window and the flashlight. Took a ton of shots to get a few that turned out well. That's it
