Not sure whay you mean by "title page". For a soft bound book, Page 1 of the PDF is on the right, opposite the inside front cover which is plain white. Page 2-3 appear on the following pages. So, odd pages on the right, even on the left, start with page 1 on the right. You can leave an order note asking someone to confirm the layout if you are concerned.

question about title page and spreads

Will the first page of my .pdf be the title page of the physical book? such that the pdf pages 2 and 3 will be adjacent physical pages (spread) of the book? that is what I need since i have a lot of two-page spreads in the book
