I had an exceptional experience with PrestoPhoto and would highly recommend their products and services.
One of the biggest reasons I chose them was the wide range of print sizes they offer, including widescreen landscape formats that were extremely difficult to find elsewhere. The print quality was excellent, and the final product exceeded expectations.
What truly stood out, however, was their customer service. Joyce from online support went above and beyond throughout the entire process. When I didn’t have the proper trim sizes prepared, she responded quickly, followed through diligently, and helped resolve the issues without delay.
To make matters worse, UPS completely mishandled the shipment and eventually lost the package. Even then, Joyce continued following up with UPS in an effort to rectify the situation, and ultimately arranged for the package to be sent again. That level of dedication and accountability is rare.
Exceptional trust, quality, and service are what best describe PrestoPhoto. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its work.
