Posted:07 Apr 2009 (17:37 UTC)Michael, wow, I'm so sorry to hear this. I've tested the site and everything tests ok. You may want to try sending the pdf to PrestoPhoto via yousendit.com. You need to provide specific instructions if the covers are included in the pdf or not. If they are where do they fall in the pdf.
Can't Upload
Posted:06 Apr 2009 (21:40 UTC)Since late Friday (April 3) I've been unable to upload pdfs. It sits there forever "waiting for upload to begin". I tried a new browser, a new pdf, and spent hours trying to get it to work. Never had the problem before. Tried taking everything down, nothing...zilch-O.
