Commissions not working correctly

I've set up my account to get to my book. It's vivovio.com/shop/45655. I also took out a retail membership so that people other then myself can buy my book. My friend tried to buy my book by going to the site, and registering, but was unable to make the purchase. She kept defaulting back to the registrant page. Please take a look at my account and let me know if it's set up properly for outside sales and let me know why people other then myself can't buy the book? I don't want to be referred to the sales and commisssions page again, I'm not charging a commisssion, just the production cost of the book.

Sorry for the delay, this is now fixed and live. We have a large product rollout scheduled for the fall, and these are growing pains to make rolling out new products easier.

still not fixed??? :(

i did like the pricing structure though....if i made my commission hig enough....yall were paying me for buying the book!..lol

When I add my commission (15.00) to this book....it deducts the amount instead of adding it to the cost...please help...
