You just need to export your InDesign to a PDF making each half of the spread is on exactly one page in the output PDF. I believe this is a fairly simple checkbox in the settings.
Double check the PDF before uploading it. Open it up locally, and use two-up, continuous, book view under the "View" menu to see exactly how the book will lay out.

Problems with PDF and pages
Posted:18 Jan 2010 (23:39 UTC)I made a PDF of a 20 page test book, from Indesign. There were spreads in the PDF, but I got an email from PrestoPhoto saying that there were only 10 pages, double width. So somehow the page set up didnt register. Anyone know what went wrong and how to fix?
