Why is 8.5x11 perfect bound softcover not available to me?

I have the opposite problem. I want a hardcover, image wrap, 8.5 x 11 landscape format with premium paper. The only option I am given is softcover. When I upload my image wrap cover it says:
"The Full Wrap cover below is the default used for all softcover and casewrap hardcover books.” But at purchase that option is gone.

I ordered an 8.5x11 perfect bound softcover book a few weeks ago as a test print and I LOVED it. I tried to place a bigger order for the same last night and it is not showing up as a possible size even though my pages are 8.5x11. I really need to place this order. Can someone help?
