Lisa, did iPhoto create the cover as a complete file In other words, are the front, back, and flaps one complete file? If yes, just upload that file to the front cover spot on PrestoPhoto and click the full wrap cover option.

I made my album on I-photo--with a dust jacket cover. How do I upload the inside flaps as well as the front and back cover to print my book on viovio?
