So you have one file and that file includes your covers and the interior file, correct? Are the dust jacket flaps a separate page in the complete PDF? What page is the front cover, back cover, and flaps? I'll see what you would need to do

I-photo saved the entire book as one pdf. Your categories for covers only allows for the first and last page--not the inside flaps. So I am unclear how to get the full dust jacket.
