My PDF will not upload

I recently ordered a book which was made from a multi page pdf that was slow to upload but worked. I am now trying to upload a newer version of the book and it will not work. Using Firefox, the web page says "sending request to prestophoto.com" at the bottom, but the activity bar shows nothing happening. For hours. Last time it showed me the file upload progress as it was happening. Any suggestions?
