Greetings from PrestoPhoto and thanks for your interest.
Just make your pages 1/4" larger than the book you plan to create and keep all important items (heads & text) away from the outer 1/4" on all sides and nothing will get wacked.

I'm trying to find the specifications for making a 11"x8.5" photo book with a black suede hard cover and a dust jacket. But I'm only directed to the image-wrap catalog page. Can you help?
Also, I cant find the specifications exactly for bleed lines, gutters etc. I want to use InDesign.
