Actually, I realized I have one page which I created with Photoshop Elements and flattened before I save. I will try to redo this one page and see what happens.

Thanks,

Craig

Craig,

Thanks for your quick reply. Could you FTP the PDF so one of our engineers can take a look at it? Log into this site with your username:

It was a PDF to begin with. Migrating over from Lulu.com. I downloaded the files from lulu.com, and using Acrobat 8.0, I used the PDF optimized to convert it to PDF 1.7. All fonts are embedded.

This process worked with my current project _Trompetensee_, and it looks beautiful. Not sure what the new problem is.

Thanks,

Craig

Craig,

Greetings from PrestoPhoto! What program did you use to create your PDF? Did you use multiple fonts? Please let me know and I will do my best to assist you.

Trying to upload the PDF for the interior to my book and I get the error message that the fonts are not embedded. When I check the properties in Adobe Acrobat 8, it says that they are. Please help.

Thanks,

Craig
