Arik,

You need to send a note to support@prestophoto.com asap. It maybe too late

Our process is completely automated which means once you place an order it is very difficult to modify it in any way (including canceling). The reason we can't modify an order is that the covers are printed immediately. They are held in their queue waiting for their interior pages. If we cancel an order we have to pull the order out of the queue. That action basically increases the possibility of mixing the right cover with the wrong interior about 10 fold for all orders that follow.

For that reason once you receive your auto-generated notice that the order has moved to fulfilling we can't modify the order.

We can cancel the order with a 25% fee, which basically covers the cost of printing the book. You won't be charged the ship fee so that will save you a little money.

need to change my order

Just discovered some random squares on 2 of my pages - I'd like to resubmit the order but can find a way to cancel the first order. Please advise.
