Frustrated

I really want to build a book but am getting very frustrated with it. I have tried and tried to set up a book. I have watched the video and have followed the instructions but I am not able to edit my project. It will not let me drag photos from the images into my choosen templates. It does not take me into the edit book section just the design area. What should I do?? I want to use your program but am not finding it user friendly for me. HELP!!!!
