Empty package-no books

I placed an order for 10 small books, and the package arrived sealed with no books inside. Phone messages were left and there has been no response. I've also emailed, and the live chat is not on today, Dec 26th. I'm leaving the country for 3 months and need to take these with me. So far, no way to contact support to resolve the issue. Needless to say, I'm not very pleased.
