What will be the first page?

It will print just like a novel with your first page on the right.

I am working on loading a file from Aperture. While your instructions warn about cover and dust jacket (front and back) i am unclear then whether the first printed page will be on the right or left. It matters as the images in my book need to be opposite each other for the flow to work. i may need to add a place holder so it flows correctly if indeed the first printed page is on the right hand side of the binding.
