Cannot get past Shipping Address Screen. I choose my preferred shipping method and press the green button. It returns me to the same screen with my shipping method blank. I've tried this 5 times with no forward movement.

Also, I have a discount coupon code. I'm i right to assume that I'll be able to enter this code on the last checkout page?

Please advise.
