You do not need to format the book in any special way - if you select 1 sided printing, there will only be printing on one side of the page.

Single-Sided Printing for Softcover
Posted:12 Sep 2011 (06:06 UTC)I am interested in the single-sided printing option for a perfect bound softcover. I am setting my file up in InDesign. Should I set up each page in order and trust that the final book will have a white, unprinted page in between each page I submit in the PDF, or should I include a white page in the PDF?
