The iPhone 4 pictures should be safe, however what you need to do is to save them to your computer and then check their size. If they are at least 300dpi they will work fine for you! http://arstechnica.com/apple/news/2010/06/sizing-up-the-iphone-4-for-shutterbugs.ars
If you find that you want to use your iPhoto pictures but they are not large enough for full-bleed, you can always apply them to one of our templates! http://www.prestophoto.com/designer/list_templates.php
