Can you be sure you are saving the file as a PDF correctly, as this diagram shows?

Printing PDF files from Aperature 3

This is the first time I have used PrestoPhoto. I am trying to print a photo book with a image wrap, hard cover and premium printing.
The website implies that if I load a pdf of my Aperture 3 file then it can just be printed.
I have loaded the pdf of my complete photo book created in Aperture 3, which includes the cover. I can not see the cover appearing in the image wrap cover.
Why is this and what do I need to do?
