Please try using FTP and contact us if that still does not work. You can find the info here - http://www.prestophoto.com/ftp/
I recommend using Filezilla to transfer the files via FTP.

HELP! Can't upload my pdf
Posted:10 Dec 2012 (17:49 UTC)Hi there. I am trying to upload a large pdf...it is over 1 gig. I'm trying to use your dropbox option...but it is not working. It just says "contacting viovio". I'm stuck!
