Either program will work just fine. Here are some pages on creating PDFs and JPEGS in both programs to help you decide which route seems the most efficient to you:

Photoshop or InDesign for best quality
Posted:27 Jan 2013 (15:11 UTC)I'm new to PrestoPhoto and am not sure if I'll get the best quality from 1) creating my layouts and placing my images in InDesign and converting the file to PDF or 2) from setting up the layouts in Photoshop and saving the files as individual jpgs to place in the PrestoPhoto software to build the book.
If there a recommended method? I'm a graphic designer so using either of the programs is fine. I just need to know which makes the most sense. I have several books to make.
Also, if I use InDesign, would tifs or jpgs be preferred?
Thanks in advance!
