Hello,
I ordered 2 softcover books & 1 hardcover book for my project I created however I only received the 2 softcover books. The status of my project via my account has it all under one order # saying it was shipped with one usps tracking #. However the packaging does confirm only 2 vs 3 items included which leads me to believe the hardcover book was not shipped. I have already paid for all three books and need the hardcover book ASAP. Can you please tell me the status of the hardcover book & when I can expect to receive it? Order #97224 - book machine photo book #214896
