PLEASE HELP WITH TRACKING INFO

Hello:
I ordered my book last week. Last Saturday I checked-in, and learned that the book had not been shipped yet - due to some technical questions. That's fine. I answered he questions over the Chat, and paid the additional fees needed. I have still received NO tracking info for the book. NOW your Chat doesn't seem to work. I should have received the book by now. Please advise!
