You can find your projects in your dashboard, which you can access here:
https://www.prestophoto.com/dashboard/

As far as changing the layout of a page, the best way to do that is by adding a template. Check out this help link on templates for more information about how to do that:

On 9/28 I started a project, "Villa Anita" and can't find it.
