Pages format 11xx14 approximately

Unfortunately we do not offer an 11"x14" Portrait product. The largest Portrait book we offer is the 8.5"x11" size.

Don't see this size for portrait book formats, only for landscape. Can I get that large size in a portrait book? I just clicked on the book template in pages not realizing how big it was.
